Trick-or-treat time is approaching, but spooky season has been in full swing since Art the Clown returned to theaters in Terrorist 3. last year Terrorist 2 brought Damien Leone’s bloodthirsty clown to a wider audience, and the third installment has only expanded his fan base. Terrorist 3 is now the highest-grossing unrated film in history, in addition to being one of the best disgusting movies ever. However, it has stiff competition from others terrifying movies in that department.
Which brings us to today’s stomach-churning question: In your opinion, what is the most shockingly horrible thing? I can’t believe they did that. terrifying kill? Here are our favorites, and a shout out to our fellow sufferers at Vulture who made a ranking of 30 death scenes of the terrifying series.
Terrorist 3: Mall Bomb
With its Christmas theme, Terrorist 3 opened up new holiday stages for Art to improve his body count. Wearing a Santa suit over his clown costume, he infiltrates a photo shoot at a shopping mall at the North Pole, disposing of the “real” Mr. Claus and, alarmingly, interacting with several children. But just when you start to think that maybe he’s not going to start gouging kids’ eyes out, which would be totally in his wheelhouse, he starts handing out wrapped gifts… before leaving. He almost A wholesome scene turns absolutely nightmarish when one of the children unknowingly opens a gift that is actually a bomb. Tasteless? Yeah! Exceeding limits? Of course! But is he worst Does Art have fur trimmed up his sleeve?
Terrorist 3: Rats!
No “nice” character is safe from the wrath of Art the Clown, which is bad news for kindly Aunt Jessica. After opening his home to Sienna, the tenacious Terrorist 2 Jess, a survivor who has just been released from a long hospital stay, finds herself caught in the spotlight when Art knocks on the door, intent on settling his unfinished business. Although Art is a master of improvisation (a sort of MacGyver of murder), he also comes prepared for his more elaborate set pieces. With the help of his demonic partner Vicky, he ties Jess up next to the family Christmas tree, stuffs a plastic tube into her mouth and forces the rats down her throat, then opens her mouth and the rats emerge, still alive. Jess, of course, is No alive, and certain audience members can take advantage of this moment to repurpose their Art the Clown popcorn buckets as vomit containers. Applause, applause.
Terrorist 2: Bedroom
In retrospect, Sienna’s best friend Allie should have given the candy to Art. After a few run-ins at the door with the killer, Art makes Allie pay with one of the most protracted and disturbing deaths not only in the world. terrifying franchise, but maybe all horror. Start by cutting his face from the eyeball down. Then he breaks her arms. Then he rips the skin off her back. Add some stabbing. How about some bleach and salt? Oh, and then keep her alive long enough so her mother can see her completely broken before she dies too. The scene is incredibly difficult to watch, but that’s the beauty of the franchise.
Terrorist 3: Shower
Two of the universal truths in horror movies is to never have sex (thanks Shout) and never shower (thank you Psychopath). In Terrorist 3Art-obsessive Mia and her boyfriend, Sienna’s brother Jonathan’s roommate Cole, break both rules…and Art makes them pay. With a chainsaw no less. Channeling his inner Leatherface, Art slashes Mia about two million times and when Cole tries to run away, well, he wishes he hadn’t. Art gives him the gender-swapped death of dawn from the start. terrifying. In that earlier film, Art kills Dawn starting between her legs and moving towards her head. Here, it starts with Cole’s butt, runs down his penis and scrotum, and, well, yeah. That guy is dead. And we are mortified.
