Users can also upload images, files, and even YouTube videos into the conversation, making Gemini Live more multimodal and contextual.

In the coming months, Samsung will launch the capabilities of Project Astra, which is Google’s real-time multimodal AI assistant. New additions include screen sharing and live video streaming. These will appear first in the Gemini app on Android and then on the Galaxy S25 line.
